Hart's War (2002)

Pretty decent WWII stalag movie with a black officer accused of murdering a fellow prisoner who happened to be a white bigot. Not everything is as it appears, but there was some real tension and good performances in this rather under-the-radar film.

Maybe it was a bit more self-important than actually important, but at least it didn't feel stale.
