Megamind (2010)

This hit everything *just right* for me. I found Megamind, the character, to be so incredibly endearing -- I just loved him. I laughed quite a bit early on and had great affection for the entire production by the end. His childhood flashback even made me tear up a little. It's that kind of wonderful.

I seriously cannot believe that the inept How to Train Your Dragon was given a best animated picture nod while Megamind was ignored. That makes me mel-AHN-cully (start @ about 1:06 below).
